Michelle Drummons
Georgetown Headmaster
Michelle and her husband, Justin, have lived in Georgetown since 2009. They met while serving as missionaries in Africa, and decided to plant roots in Georgetown after they were married. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas State University, and a master’s degree in Education from Texas A & M Commerce. She taught elementary school for 10 years before deciding to stay home after the birth of their first child.
Michelle and Justin have been involved with foster care and adoption for several years and now have a full house with five children. After homeschooling their children for 5 years, Justin and Michelle loved the idea of educating their children using a classical, collaborative model of school. In her free time, Michelle can be found curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee, or exploring local hiking trails with her family.
